Hoʻomanaʻo
Hoʻomanaʻo means to remember, honor, and hold close in our hearts. Like the ʻulu groves that once sheltered and nourished Lahaina, the people honored here have provided shade, strength, guidance, and aloha to those around them. This page celebrates the loved ones, kūpuna, friends, and community members whose lives and legacies continue to inspire acts of generosity. Through tribute gifts made in their honor or memory, their stories live on while helping keep Lahaina home for future generations.

Donating in loving memory of Jimmy Granzow who moved to Hawai'i 50 years ago. He loved the people and beauty he found there. I hope and pray that Lahaina can be returned to the people who lived there. Thank you for making all that possible.

Love your island and having visited several times, I hope the community can rebuild for its people. Tourists, like myself, need to support your efforts. Blessings to your efforts.
